A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• give contact details for when you are away
• give instructions about how to care for your pet
• describe other household duties
Dear Mathew,
Hope you are doing well. Although it’s been a hectic last week as I was busy preparing for my vacation to Bali however on the other side I felt relieved when you agreed to look after my house and pet dog snowy for a few days. I really appreciate this kind gesture.
Further to this let me share some important details and instructions which you will need while you stay here as it will make things easier for you to manage. Firstly I will carry my mobile phone and would be reachable on the same local number. I prefer communicating via text messages since it much cheap in comparison to voice calls. Secondly, you need to feed snowy milk and pedigree two times a day preferably in the morning and evening. If he doesn’t eat the usual stuff then try feeding him boiled chicken which is kept in the refrigerator. All the pets’ food items like pedigree, dog biscuits are kept in kitchen shelves. Additionally, you will also need to take him for a brisk walk in the morning and evenings every day.
Lastly, please don’t forget to water the plants every day which are in the balcony and since the refrigerator is not cooling properly you can call a local technician who can visit and fix this problem.
I hope you will enjoy your stay at my home.
Best wishes
