Dear Sir,
I am penning down to express my gratitude to one of your staff for his kindest act when I lost my luggage in the international airport of Brisbane.
I flew from Shanghai to Brisbane for my university education. That was the first time I arrived at Brisbane. I was waiting near the luggage collection area for more than 30 minutes until I found that I lost my luggage. I was so anxious as I was unfamiliar with where to gain support. Fortunately, One of your staff, Mr.Smith assisted me to locate it and identified that it got struck in Shanghai for some security reasons. In addition, he arranged to deliver the luggage directly to my Brisbane address. Because of language barriers, I was unable to express my concerns, he guided me in resolving my issues which made me to feel relaxed. Most importantly, he booked a taxi for to drive to my rental flat which I believed he went extra miles for his client.
Herewith, I have attached a small token of appreciation for him and would feel extremely happy if you could praise him either with rewards or an increment in his remuneration for his priceless act.
Yours Sincerely,
Tom
