Dear Neighbour,
I am writing to intimate about the problem where I am facing from outdoor of your building is actually dog barking. The main reason which is stimulated me to report it to you because it is quite noisy passing days.
I have been jeopardizing this problem for six months. I thought to complain about this issue to the Housing unit but I wanted to have the direct discussion before I am proceeding this to the corresponding department.
As your dog barking at mid-night immensely, my family is not able to sleep at night. As a consequence, I couldn't concentrate on my work. Sometimes, it is making me sleep at my work. Most predominantly, my son is having his annual exam this month. He has to work on his assignments and thesis after school, especially he prefers to work on nights. If this continues, it would be annoying our sleep as well as spoil my son's exam.
Therefore, please keep your dog outdoor in the daytime and put it back to the place where we would not get much noise.I hope, you would understand and concerned about my situation. And also my suggestion would be helpful.
I look forward to having your cooperation.
Regards,
AK
