Firstly, City F have 90% water level in 2009 and increased to 100% in 2010. Although City F records the highest, water levels in City C in 2009 is more than 80% and shows an increase in 2010 with 95%. Over the two years period City E water levels are stable and holding 82%. In addition, comparing to City C, E and F, all the other cities show a decrease of water levels from 2009 to 2010. Moreover, comparing to other cities, city A holds the lowest water level percentage in 2009 which is 60% and started a drop in 2010 by 15% while City D shows 80% water levels in 2009 and drastically dropped by 30% in year 2010.
