DIVISION OF LABOR: Animals would cooperate to accomplish their work
LECTURE: The professor was talking about a special insect called “leaf-cutter ants”. Leaf-cutter ants will divide themselves into three groups when they are processing the leaves. The first group of ants will climb up to the tree and cut the leaves, letting them fall to the ground. The second group of ants will collect the leaves on the ground and cut them into smaller pieces. The third group of ants will take the leaves back to their nest.
