Do you agree that people should always participate in the activities that they are good at or talented in?
Self-actualization is one of the controversial issues nowadays because competition plays a crucial role in the modern era. People strive to flourish their talents in the competitive world and try to be perfect in aspects of life, such as education and career. Two main ideas are entirely opposite; Some people believe that versatility is the essential factor for being a winner, and people have to be adapted to various situations, not only the fields which are related to them. On the contrary, some others are of the opinion that people must discover their own talent and move forward in one area which is the most convenient for them. I support the idea that creating talent is the most crucial solution and vindicate my viewpoint for two reasons.
The first crucial reason that must be considered is that people inherit most of the abilities and intelligence from their biological parents, and genetics is inevitable in determining the future. In a research conducted by Tehran University, nearly 80 percent of the students that studied in engineering fields had at least one member of their family who majored in engineering or mathematical science. The environmental factors, however, can exacerbate or increase the genetics and cannot take its place, unless with much of endeavor that ordinary people in the society hardly have this factor. So flourishing your talents and being distinguished as a top candidate in job interviews requires talents and endeavor is a secondary factor in such an issue.
The other noteworthy reason that should not be underestimated is that, usually, making endeavor in fields that are not inclined to one’s talents makes depression and anxiety. Most of the University students who have depression and disorders are those who have not chosen their major according to their talents, and usually, they can not meet the expectations that society or parents require. Students in high school should be careful about their own future and not get deceived by the majors that are more popular in the community. Because they have to try hard, and a perfect job is not guaranteed for them. So because of their self-confidence, they should choose the best major according to their talents.
To recapitulate the whole discussion, talent plays an essential role in life and career Due to the fact that genetics is dominant in comparison to environmental factors and the essentiality of self-confidence and equilibrium in life.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
