In the same way, the speaker validates the idea and adds that this approach maybe has consequence on the vegetable habitat and attack the other species and make the ecological disaster.
To sum up, the writer and speaker both hold a conflicting view about different ways to stop the spread of the canes. It' s clear that they will have trouble finding common ground on this issue.
