Things like puzzles, board games, and pictures can contribute to a child's development. What would you give a child to help him or her develop and why give details in examples in your explanation.
Games have been playing a crucial role in formative years of children's development since the ages. Now, in the internet era parents often ask a question which games would accelerate the growth of their juvenile's mind and why? This essay will answer the above query and give a detailed justification.
There is a variety of games available in the market ranging from puzzles to board games but my first preference would be board games especially chess which is a game of champion. It not only develops an achiever's mindset but also helps in cultivating strategic thinking habits. the skills that this game provides enable the children to craft their individual strategy. Here I would like to quote my personal experience with my son who was facing problems with competition in his class. I taught him how to play it and how to use it to his advantage. The results were stunning within a month he was able to handle his competitor easily.
Finally, I preferred the game of puzzle which teaches problem-solving skills. The life of an individual is not straight forward often it is full of challenges and setbacks which force them to solve complex problems tactfully. Hence, I would say that the puzzle might be the only game that would teach students this life skill. For example in India puzzle solving made compulsory in secondary school and the outcome where amazing students started taking each problem from the perspective of solutions.
Overall, there are many games available among them the chess and Puzzle are perhaps the best available game that develops a success mind mindset and problem-solving skills in the children.
