Explain how this would make the library better
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with the advertisement published in the local newspaper that the library intends to improve its service and facilities.
I am John Smith, a writer, residing in 456, Park's Street, London, and have been a full-time member of the library for the last ten years. During weekdays, I tend to use the library in reading fiction books, and I consider it to be a prominent place to spend my leisure time.
Being a regular member, I would like to put forward some suggestions to incorporate during its refurbishment. Firstly, the library should open a little earlier in the morning and remain open into the evening. I realized that this would be an additional burden on the staff, but it provides an opportunity for the members working during day time. Also, the library needs to update its book resource and buy recently published versions of fiction and non-fiction books.
I hope that these suggestions would turn into an asset to the library. Longer opening hours not only reduced the crowding during peak hours but also allow people to utilize library resources to the full extent. Also, this up-gradation can attract more outsiders to opt for membership.
I hope you consider my suggestion and discuss with local authorities for the amendment.
I look forward to a prompt response
I look forward to a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Kuldip Kumar
