The table given illustrates data regarding the expenditures of consumers based on three categories in five separate nations for the year 2002.
Overall, Sweden's expenses had the lowest when it comes to the first category which was on food, drinks, and tobacco and as well as in the second column which is in the line of clothing and footwear, but, it ranked on the second highest just after the country of Italy when it comes to the third part which is about leisure and education spending. On the other hand, Turkey had the greatest money spent on the first and last categories while following Italy with the maximum expenditure on clothes and shoe-wear.
The first category had an average expenditure of almost 16th percentile to just above 32%. In addition, Turkey had the biggest money spent with just over 32%, followed by Ireland at nearly 29%, Spain by just under 19%, Italy at a little bit over 16%, and Sweden with the least at almost 16%. Then, for the next category, par expenses were between more than five to nine percentage wise. Italy ranked primarily at 9%, followed by Turkey at 6.63%, Spain at 6.51%, Ireland at 6.43%, and Sweden with the smallest amount of 5.4%.
Finally, for the third category, which were spent on hobbies and studied, percentages ranged from nearly 2% to a little over than 4%, where Turkey had taken the most percentile at 4.35%, accompanied by Sweden at 3.22%, Italy at 3.2%, Ireland at 2.21%, and Spain at 1.98%, making it the country with the lowest expenses with regard to this area.
