The adulthood could become pretty hectic if one has not been ready for it since their adolescence. I believe the most proper way for kids to be prepared for their adulthood is to have a part-time job in their teenage. It has numerous benefits, such as saving money and helping with independence.
First of all, obtaining a part-time job can bring money to a teenage student. Teenagers usually depend on their families to buy what they need, but having a part-time job can help them have their own money and stop waiting for their allowance. They can buy everything they want, no need for longing anymore. My personal experience is an excellent example of this. Eleven years ago, when I was in high school, my father forced me to work in a grocery store near our house. Although I did not want to do that at first, I realized I was wrong when I tried that for a few months. I could collect some money by doing that job, and buy the Harry Potter books I want. If I had not done that job, I would never have been able to gain a single book since my father refused to buy me one.
In addition to saving money, a part-time job can help a teen become independent and experience better adulthood. Working, whether part-time or full-time, provides an environment for kids that helps them learn about different aspects of life in a society. One of the most significant issues a child should know to survive in the future life is independence. If kids grow up a still depends on their mother to provide their needs, they definitely have trouble separating from their parents when they need to. For instance, because I had worked in my school years, I knew how to make money and stand on my own after finishing high school. So, I managed to choose a college far from my hometown without being worry about my parents.
To sum it up, with all this taking into account, I firmly believe that parents should let their kids take a part-time job since it enables them to become independent and save money.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
