Dear Sir,
I am writing with regard to the proposed closure of cafeteria, which in my opine would impact a significant number of staff like me who are living without family and rely on food cooked here.
Since last year, it has been found that footfall to cafeteria is declined abruptly. This is because the new vendor prices are much higher as compared with the earlier one. Moreover, manpower count of our company has been gained enormously but the sitting capacity is lesser, due to which people are looking outside.
I believe that replacing the vendor with the one who could provide a good variety in budget could attract the staff to access it. Even, cafeteria can be shifted to terrace which is significantly larger and from where people can enjoy a good view of nearby mountains.
I strongly assert that you will give due consideration to this letter before making a concrete decision.
Yours sincerely,
Tim Cook.
