• Describe your purchase order of the book
• Explain the importance of the book
• Say what you want the company to do for you.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with regards to the book I ordered from your company on 7th of May which has not been delivered.
The book is titled “Human Development” by James Cooper with order number JN9845. I opted for the express delivery option and as a result, paid an additional fee of $15 in other to get the book within five days against the regular delivery option of twenty days. It is already seven days and the book has not been delivered.
The book is essential as it was recommended by scholars who passed their exam at one sitting after studying the book. Furthermore, the book contains 1000 mock questions which will further enhance exam preparation. Also, it contains references for additional study.
While I await for the hard copy, I will suggest an e-copy is sent to my email address registered on your platform. Also, this will ensure I keep up with preparation.
I look forward to a timely response.
Yours faithfully,
John Michael
