Dear Sir,
I am writing with regards to the TV I bought from your organization a week ago. On getting home, I discovered it was not working properly when but I contacted the customer service unit. Unfortunately, I have not received the desired assistance I sought for.
I am Chisom Maduka, a Gold card subscriber with your organization. I have consistently patronized Samsung for the past ten years and won the best customer award in each of those years. In addition to the TV I bought that same day, I won a washing machine during the customer loyalty raffle draw.
Although the TV was in good condition before I left your premises, the power button did not work when I got home. The damage must have occurred during the packaging process as the sales attendant on duty was not meticulous while packing the TV.
Your return policy guarantees product exchange within two weeks of purchase of which I am still within policy. Thus, I demand a new TV set in accordance with the policy. Furthermore, I request a written apology for the poor service I received from the Customer service unit.
I look forward to a quick response.
Yours faithfully,
Chisom Maduka
