you live in a room in college which you share with another student. you find it very difficult to study and stay focused
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Anfal Issam, and I am one of your students. I am writing this letter to complain about my accommodation.
To start with, I would like to arrange a booking for a new room next term. I would prefer it to be a single-bedroom, for I have a grueling study, and I need some privacy as well.
Secondly, although this time of the year is the examinations period, my roommate still having parties and inviting her friends to our room. Therefore, I am facing difficulties in concentration on my studies, and my roommate is unconsidering my issues.
Finally, I would be grateful if you could send her a notification to avoid this behavior until my movement is complete. In addition, what suggestions do you advise me to do until next term?
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible and thank you in advance for your anticipated support.
Best regards,
Anfal Issam
