Dear Sir or Madam,
I have seen your advertisement for a weekend job as a local tour guide. I am a high-school student and i need money to pay my course fees. That is the reason why i want to get the job.
Honestly i think i would be one of those most suitable. Because firstly, i have been living here since i was born. So this city is very familiar to me and that will help very much in showing visitors around. Secondly, i have had experiences of tour guiding. For instance, last month my school celebrated a trip to Ha Long Bay and one of my relatives was local tour guide there. He taught me how to show visitors around without making them bored. Now i know what visitors search for as well as how to make them happy and comfortable.
I hope that my application would be accepted. I am looking forwards to receiving your response.
