Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with a warm feedback about the wonderful Chinese cooking techniques your school ‘kitchen Express’ taught me in the June 2020 crash coarse batch.
Firstly, due to recent corona pandemic I had lots of leisure time and I want something to work with in my leisure time so I joined your school to learn cooking. Certainly, I was a fresher in Chinese cuisine. However, I was allocated teaching under the guidance of your freshy volunteer Mrs. Velma Fernandes.
Secondly, I would like to thank you for providing me a fantastic guide who taught me every Chinese cuisine in just one month. In addition, recently in one function when I cooked some meal, I got a great positive response.
To summarise, I would like you to have one South Indian cuisine coarse batch in next month so that I can learn that also.
I am looking forward for your optimistic response.
Yours faithfully,
Sunny Mehta
