The bar graph provides information about the amount of electricity which was produced in top ten nations in 2014 and gives information about the amount of electricity which was consumed in the same nations in the same year.
Overall, it can be seen that the amount of electricity which was produced in 2014 in China and also the amount of electricity which was consumed in 2014 in China were the highest figures of the whole graph. In addition, consumption of electricity and production of electricity in Korean Republic was the lowest.
Looking at the bar graph in more detail, it is evident that electricity production in China was higher than in the USA in 2014, at 5,398 billion kWh (bkWh) and 4,099 bkWh, respectively. The amount of electricity which was produced stood at 1,057 bkWh in Russia, as opposed to 936.2 bkWh in Japan in 2014. Additionally, 871 bkWh electricity was produced in India, compared to 485.1 bkWh in Korean Republic in 2014.
Turning to the remaining data, it is clear that the amount of electricity which was consumed in China stood at 5,322 bkWh, followed by the USA at 3,866 bkWh in 2014. 1,038 bkWh electricity and 856.7 bkWh electricity were consumed in Russia and in Japan, respectively. Consumption of electricity in India stood at 698.8 bkWh in 2014. Finally, the amount of electricity which was consumed in Korean Republic stood at 449.5 bkWh in 2014, which was the lowest value.
