You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager. Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
In the letter:
explain why you were at the restaurant
describe the problems
write about the action you want the manager to take
You do NOT need to write your own address.
Begin your letter as: Dear Sir or Madam,
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I visited your restaurant last night accompanied by my family to enjoy our dinner and writing to complain about our dissatisfaction in low quality food served.
We ordered full course meals and your waiter brought us soup as starter course which is not warm. Then, we were offered your special dish for yesterday's night called as Stuffed Turkey. Stuffing in it was boiled potatoes which is out of the ordinary as we usually do not eat such a combination because this will lead to ill-health like vomiting due to bad combination of taste. It could have been made better through French Fries instead. Next, rice we have ordered was brown rice and you offered me white. I instantly confronted your chef and without any guilt he replied that stock went out. Finally, salad was not fresh as carrot was grated hours ago as I can see black patches accumulated on it's surface.
Hence, I am asking you to maintain food in stock and always provide your customers with fresh and hygienic menu.
Your Sincerely,
Yash Gane
