You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager. Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
In the letter:
explain why you were at the restaurant
describe the problems
write about the action you want the manager to take
Dear Manager,
I am writing a letter to express my disappointment and is willing to complain about your staff for such unapologetic behavior towards your customers.
My friends and family and I went yesterday on the occasion of my daughter’s birthday. We were having a fun time with ourselves until there was a problem with the dinner dish.
We ordered a 3-meal course of which the dessert was almost done and there was nothing more left to order. To celebrate my child’s birthday, we took out cake. Please be informed that we asked for their permission to cut the cake inside beforehand. While we were about to wrap it up, the staff started to yell as it was late they said. I understand that we were late by 10 minutes but is this the way to behave with their customers?
Anyway, even though hands down the meal was amazing, the staff service was disgusting. I would like you to take appropriate action towards such upsetting behavior of your staff and please make sure to make up for the disturbing evening that happened to my kid.
Yours faithfully,
Himesh.
