Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing for applying the part-time voluntary work in your museum which advertised at the museum website on 20 September 2020. I am a freelance artist and live near the museum and I would like to try working as a staff, even no paid, in this museum to give thanks.
I always went to this museum in my childhood and the staff were always kind and helpful. I dreamed to be one of the staff in the past. Also I just knew my next show would act as a staff in museum. Getting this chance, I could bring my dream come true and gain the precious realistic experience for my next show.
Before to be an artist, I have tried different jobs including tour guide and information desk staff of a shopping mall. I am confident and love to communicate with all sort of people, answering their questions and provide all necessary information to them.
As my career is relatively flexible, I am easy to adjust my schedule and match your schedule on the volunteer work. My earliest available date would be next Monday.
I am looking forward to have a further meeting with you.
Yours faithfully,
Mr Samuel TSE
