The reading claims that scientists say that the fossil of T.rex, a dinosaur, might still contain remains of the actual tissues of the animal and they found that the remains are blood vessels, red blood cell, and collagen matrix. It provides three reasons of support. However, the professor states that the remains are not tissues of animal and he refutes each of the author's reasons.

First, the article asserts that the breaking of the fossilized leg bone revealed many small branching channels inside, which probably correspond to hollows in the bones where blood vessels were once located. On the other hand, the lecturer opposes this point by saying that these hollows are not remains of blood vessels. In fact, he states that bacteria colonized in empty hollows because beacteria lives inside died bones and it leaves traces of materials behind, so these hollows are just traces left by bacteria colony.

Second, the article posits that microscopic examination of the various parts of the inner bone revealed the presence of spheres that could be the remains of iron. In contrast, the professor counters this point by stating that scientists didn't consider these shperes as an identical iron spheres and may be from other animals. He says that it is clearly that spheres appeared because of other animals and not for T. rex. he says they were different form the origin and they are just reddish materials.

Third, the article avers that scientists performed a test on the dinosaur led bone that showed that it contained collagen. Conversely, the lecturer contends this point by explaining that there is no collagen found older that 1000 years old, and the dinosaur lived before millions of years. According to the professor, this collagen does come from another source such human skin. Actually, he mentions that this collagen may come from researcher's skin who handling the bones.
