Dear Mr Smith,
My name is Sagar Chokshi and I am working as lead developer in our information technology department of Mumbai branch in India. When I was working on our latest development of email campaign, I came across few hurdles regarding product life cycle and our customer base. As I am working in from India, I am not 100% sure of effectiveness of product in New York market and if possible then would love to work there for six months to gain that knowledge and boost the overall outcome.
Although, I will be living in New York, I will perform tasks which can be done remotely for our Mumbai office. Moreover, reminder of my duties will be taken care by my colleagues. As I have already explained most of the needed things, I trust that they will be able to handles it without any difficulty.
Though, I have done all research about accommodation and travel, it will be great if you can help me plan out my schedule and flight and living arrangement. Also, as I am planning to work from October to April, do let me know about winter conditions. I heard, it is quite bad and want to prepare myself.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Sagar Chokshi
