You recently did a short computer course and the school has asked for your feedback on it. Write a letter to the director of the school. In your letter:
• Describe what you enjoyed about the course
• Say how much application of the knowledge you have had since you studied the course
• Suggest another computer course you will like the school to offer.
Dear Mr John,
I am writing to provide feedback on the computer course I studied last week as was taught by Mrs Ann, our computer class teacher. In fact, it was a very insightful course and I am elated to have participated in it.
To begin with, the course focused on expanded capabilities of recent upgrades in Microsoft computers and the performance of additional applications. Hence, what I enjoyed most about this course are the practical techniques that were applied to further explain theories of the upgraded software. Subsequently, Mrs. Ann made sure that everyone in the class participated by providing us with opportunities to practice hands-on and giving us assignments afterward. Even though I felt like I was breaking a sweat, it was worth it.
As you are aware, the need to constantly keep up with the frequent computer upgrades in this contemporary era cannot be overemphasized. Therefore, this course offered me an opportunity to achieve this as my daily computer routines have become a cakewalk. Besides, I have always had a profound interest in computer knowledge so, this course was the icing to the cake.
I would be thankful if you could offer another course on the application of Microsoft office in our daily routines as it is one of the popular applications usually installed to enhance performance of computers. If you oblige, it would be another memorable course to look forward to.
Seeking a positive reply.
Yours sincerely,
Lilian
