It is clear that the main trends of United Kingdom and Sweden were decrease while it is the opposite trend with Portugal and Italy.
In 1967, United Kingdom was the location where each person emitted most amount of CO2 with over 10 tons while the figure of Portugal was lowest with just 1 ton per person. Additionally, each Italian had 4.2 tons of CO2 emissions which was doubled by the figure of Sweden person.
After 50 years, the amount of CO2 emitted by English people was generally decreased to less than 9 tons of CO2 which was followed by Italian with about 7.8 tons after a general increase through these years. The figure of Sweden reached a peak at 1977 with more than 10 tons of CO2 then significantly decrease to 5.8 tons which was identical with the average CO2 of per Portugal person.
