Over the past few decades, with the lightning speed of technological evolution, social media plays a crucial role in every individual’s life. A lot of people started using social media and allocate a substantial period every day on social media. In this regard, some people think people should create records of their life experiences on social pages, meanwhile, others hold a different opinion that it is unsafe to expose everything about personal life. From my perspective, the former view contains more weight. I take the position on account for the following reasons.
The first reason that makes me hold the belief that it is indisputable fact that every individual has their hidden talent which they might not have explored earlier. So, social medial can be a life-changing platform where anyone can show their treasured talents in front of the whole world and would gain a lot of appreciation from people. On the contrary, talking about past times, where my parents and grandparents did not have the opportunity to show their talents on such a big platform. My own friend is a compelling example of this. My friend was a good actor in performing a drama and belongs to a small village near to my city. Since due to not having enough opportunity in his village, he never able to show his talent to many people, yet he started uploading his acting videos on social media where he got a huge response from many viewers, and he became a celebrity suddenly on a social media which gave him a chance to perform in a big film. Had he not utilized social media platforms to expose his talents, he might have lost the opportunity to become a famous actor.
Another noteworthy point is that social media is a good platform to share good memories by uploading pictures and videos with friends and family members, and it helps them to maintain their strong relationships in the future. Individuals can keep motivated their close ones by commenting on their pictures and showing a little concern towards them, and as a result of that, it helps people to feel closer to each other in their busy life schedule. On the other side, people who refuse to do all this, and never try to be a part of social media can easily lose their social bonding with others. To shed more light on this, even though my close friends moved to a different country after her marriage, but we never felt that we stay away from each other just because social media helped us to maintain our closeness. Whenever time permits, one of us always tries to share old pictures or videos that we clicked together which still makes us feel to be closed to each other. Thus, it is reasonable to say that social media helps people to stay connected.
All in all, contemplating all remarks, I strongly believe that social media websites are beneficial for people. This is because it helps them to feel closer during their busy life and because it provides them a huge platform where they can showcase their talents in from of the whole world.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
