These two maps that are given illustrates the diagrammatical structure of an island and the comparison is made based on the modifications done to it. Overall, when looking at these two pictures , its clearly distinct that there has been major changes made to the island after the construction which looks more occupied and less spacious compare to what it was looking previously.
The island is 100 meters wide and is surrounded by sea on all sides and with a beach which is towards its left side . The only difference that we can see after reconstruction is that there is now swimming area available in front of the beach which was not there earlier. However, not a lot has changed in terms of plantation as it remained the same. The major difference that can be noticed is in the accommodation sector as there were no houses seen on the island. In addition to the houses , there is a big restaurant seen in the centre of the island with a reception just located in front of it .
Moreover, there were no footpath available , which has made it comfortable for the visitors to move around and enjoy the scenic view. Furthermore , there is a pier attached to the island and a vehicle track which takes you directly towards reception and to the restaurant as well.
