This category was then followed by Other Workers' Salaries which accounted for 28% and 22%, respectively. Next, in 1981, Resources and Furniture & Equipment came after with tied percentages, both at 15%, while in 1991 Resources came after Other Workers' Salaries, at 20%. Lastly, in 1981 Insurance contributed the least, at 2% while in 1991, Furniture & Equipment contributed 5%, which was slightly different from Insurance, which contributed the least, at 3%.
Meanwhile in 2001, Teachers' Salaries still contributed the most to total school spending, which accounted for 45%. Next, Furniture & Equipment came after with 23% contribution.
