The chart below gives attendance figures for Grandville Stadium from 2017, which are projected through 2030 after a major improvement project.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.
The bar graph compares the projected annual attendance numbers for the Grandville stadium across three years after a major renovation project. Overall, the attendance is expected to increase at the stadium, with the concerts expecting the biggest improvement and the sporting events expecting the least.
The foot fall at the concerts as well as theater events is expected to more than double by 2030. Theater attendance is expected to double from approximately 20000 in 2020 to nearly 45000 each year by 2030. Concerts on the other hand are forecasting a much more significant increase from around 40000 attendees in 2020 to almost 120000 attendees by 2030, a whopping 200% improvement. A much more subtle change is expected in sporting events by 2030 with an addition of approximately 10000 - 15000 to the initial attendance of around 152000 in 2020.
By 2030, the sporting events are expected to remain the main event at the stadium at around 160000 attendees, followed by concerts expected to bring in 12000 attendees. Despite a projection doubling the attendance, theater is still expected to still pale in comparison to the other two events in 2030.
