The line graph compared the information of how much acid created in the mouth which can cause tooth disease by 3 various sweets. (High acid levels indicate low pH values). As we can be seen lower than ph 5.5 is a possible point that can tooth decay. Moreover, the measurement indicates the highest acid level when 5 minutes after three different sweet foods.
Looking at the detail, A honey was the lowest acid level than two other types of sugar which was nearly ph=5 in 5 minutes. Furthermore, this peak level continued the next 5 minutes, although, within the next 15 minutes, acid level sharply decreased until ph=7 which was the lowest point. Then this lowest point keeps up to 35 minutes. Within nearly 15 minutes after eating the honey can tooth decay occurs.
About fruit sugar, the highest acid point was almost ph=4 after 5 minutes, nevertheless, it dwindled constantly until 35th minutes. It is apparent fruit sugar can cause tooth disease after 20 minutes. However, a cane sugar's highest peak of acidity level was 3,5 in 5 minutes, and then it steadily reduced to 40 minutes. And tooth decay occurs 30 minutes after ate cane sugar.
