I am writing in the regard of the four-bedroom house that we rented last week.
First of all, I need to thank you for all the efforts you put in order to find a place for four and married guys, which is not easy. However, in the past seven days, my friends and I have been experiencing and number of problems as follows:
Firstly, due to the fact that all of full-time employees, we need to take showers on by one in the evening when we get home. But, unfortunately, they hold on the floor of the bathroom has been rapidly getting blocked up we something unknown. So, water cannot dray away. Secondly, at this time of the year which is boiling hot, having an air conditioning is vital. Although at first day it seemed to work properly, after two days, it is stopped working read out any notable reason. As a result, it is so difficult to spend time at home.
Therefore, I would like you to ask the landlord either to undertake the task to repair the mentioned items, or take responsibility of the cost of them. Since we have just moved in, in it is totally unfair if we fix them on our own.
