The flowchart describes the process to produce plastic paper clips of various colors in a small factory. This is totally a five-step process including dispatching the product from the factory.
Firstly, molten plastic is poured into molds distinguished three different colors(red, blue, yellow). Secondly, this step can be called as quality check, the quality of these color molds are checked thoroughly on basis of their strength. The one whose quality is poor will get rejected. Thirdly, manual sorting, here the clips are sorted by hand on the basis of their color. These are categorized into two groups one is named as mixed colors and the other is single colors. These clips get sorted according to these two groups. After the group formation the fourth one is again a quality check, here the two colored clips will undergo a quality check to make that they were grouped properly. Now the final step which is packing and dispatching, Here the colored clips are packed and will be ready to get dispatched from the factory.
