Dear Lindsay,
First of all, thank you so much for agreeing to look after my apartment during my absence. And, I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to give quick information about my address, contact information for any problems and some duties which require to be taken care of while I’m away.
I live on the 1st floor, House no 32, A block of Derwala Nagar. It is a three-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a big living room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a closet. Also, I'll suggest you come by car and take a ring road from your street to reach my home because you could find traffic congestion in the town.
Moreover, please ensure to pick up newspapers and a milk bottle daily in the morning from the front door, or else it would be left at the entrance. Plus, try to maintain serene surroundings because there are old people living in my building.
Lastly, I just want to update you that if you face any problems while living at my residence during the time of absence from home. You can always give me a call on my mobile phone and I'll instantly revert to the solution. After coming back to my place, I'll take you out to drinks at the retro bar.
Looking forward to seeing you on my return.
Regards,
Shwatank
