Overall, the production of instant noodles includes 8 steps, starting from storing flour in big containers and ending with finishing the product by labeling and sealing.
To begin with, the flour kept in huge silos is transmitted to a specialized machine called a mixer, where it is combined with water and oil to become solid. The mixture is then flattened to become dough sheets by going through a set of rollers, just before being cut into thin and long strips. After that, dough strips are compressed to form disc-shaped noodles, which later on are deep-fried in a tank of oil and go through a drying stage.
Finished ingredients are then stored in small cup-shaped containers, which are already filled with the necessary packs of vegetables and spices. In the end, cups of instant noodles are labeled and sealed by machines, in order to complete the product and end the manufacturing process.
