Overall, it is clear that the percentage of students who take part in further education in countries A and D is significantly higher in 2010. At the same time, there is no dramatic differences in the two remaining nations over the period shown.
In 2000, the figure for pupils who attend higher education in country A registered the lowest, at about 35%. This number in the three other areas is nearly the same, at 40% in country B, around 43% and 45% for nation C and D respectively.
Young people in upper education in 2010 in all four countries accounted for the largest proportion, at 55% in country A. Then, it suddenly had a sharp fall of 15% in the following nation and continued to grow until it reached a peak of 60% in the last country. In 2005, figures for young individuals study for higher schooling jumped to 40% in country D after having a fluctuation in those three places.
