Marriage
Marriage is something that many people crave, according to Islamic law Marriage is a very strong contract or Mîtsâqan Ghalîdzan to obey Allah's commands and doung it is an act of worship (Hakim, 2000). Besides that, the completion of the contract and the validity of a marriage contract, then there arises what is called a sacred and noble trust and obligation on the shoulders of a husband and wife both simultaneously and in balance, jointly responsible for organizing the necessities of life together, fostering a household (Hamid, 1976). According to Supeno (2008), this obligation also has a dimension to God Almighty in addition to having reciprocal rights and obligations between husband and wife and the children born in the marriage.
Children are a mandate and a gift from Allah SWT that has been given to married couples, so it becomes an obligation for husband and wife to educate and care for their children while their children cannot stand alone (Hasan, 2004). The scholars have agreed that a man is obliged to bear the maintenance of his children later. Because children are the flesh and blood of their parents, they are part of their parents.
