You are a member of a local gym. Recently, there has been a problem in the changing area. You have reported this to the staff several times, but no action was taken. Write a letter to the manager of the gym. In your letter
• describe the problem in the changing area
• explain who you reported the problem to before
• suggest what should be done about the problem
Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to complaint about an issue that I am facing in the changing area. I am member of your gym from the last six months and enjoying every facility except the one I want you to address. This has been reported on several occasions to your staff members, however, no action taken yet.
To begin with, the working condition of fan is not appropriate. In summers, the weather conditions makes it intolerable to change clothes over there. Now, season has been shifted from winters to summers so it is making more suffocating to get in the changing area.
Furthermore, this drawback has been conveyed to your management plethora of times but nothing seems to work here. Mr. Thompson from your staff informed me that maintenance will be done but everything is in vain. Now, it is really getting on my nerves.
I would really appreciate, if you can have a look over the situation to rectify it on priority. At the same time, gym can be kept closed on weekend to fix the problem. Moreover, I want you to give feedback to your team for not entertaining request of gym members as it is their responsibility to take action on time.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Urvashi
