Beginning with the population in 2000, we can see that the majority of people in Italy were 15-59 years old whereas in Yemen reaching a 61, 1%, whereas during the same year in Yemen the percentage of people between 0 and 14 years old was slightly higher than the number of people with ages from 15 to 59, representing a 50, 1% and 46, 3% respectively. On the other hand, In Italy people older than 60 years represented almost a quarter of the total population (24, 1%) whereas in Yemen elder people achieved the lowest percentage.
