Overall, it is clearly seen that the percentage of people with 60 years or more shows upward trend in both countries.
Firstly, the age group of 0-14 years was the highest segment of the pie chart with 50.1% in Yemen in 2000. In this year, people between 15 and 59 years was showed 46.3 %. The lowest percentage of ages group was people with 60 and more years by 3.6 %. On the other hand, it is foreseen that the proportion of group of 15-59 years and elderly people will increase in 57.3 % and 5.7%, respectively in 2050 while group of 0-14 years will decrease nearly 58%.
Secondly, in Italy, just over 60% of population was 15-59 years and the other groups of citizen were 0-14 years by 14,3 % and older population with 60+years by 24.1 % in 2000. Unlike Yemen, the percentage of group of 15-59 years expected that will decrease with 46,2%. Generation of 0-14 years will drop from 14.3% to 11.5%. The proportion of group of 60 ande more ages will have decreased with 42.3% by the same year.
