- suggest how the reception area could be improved
Dear Mr. Hernandez,
I am sure you are aware of the frequent complaints received from our visitors regarding the reception space. The main issue is the cell reception in the entrance lobby space. The visitors are facing issues while sending short emails or even trying to connect with an important client via call. The other issues are not enough lighting in the area, the lobby area is always too cool to handle and so on.
I believe that reception area is the most important space in any office as you meet and greet your clients or visitors in that space. The space resembles and aura of the company and hence I wanted to suggest you a few changes which need to be made in the reception area.
Firstly, we need adjust the temperature of the space according to the number of people in it, or at least add a thermostat to control the temperature. Secondly, we need to add a few lights in the dark corners and use decorative lighting to enhance the space. Lastly, our major concern; we need to contact the cell tower company and ask them to another network tower close by to our office for better connectivity.
I hope this helps you arranging for the changes required to be made.
Yours sincerely,
Shalaka
