The given maps show the information about the distinguishable setup of present and future conference Centre plan.
Regarding the first map, people can enter the reception dask by door. Toilet and Cafe is located in the left side and right side of the reception, that parts is on the southern. There are two meeting rooms on the Western side and big hall is towards the west side. Then the area of car park is direct connected with main road and garden is completely near with the car park.
Following the future map, the present hall will converted into a cafe and kitchen. The cafe will replaced by fitness centre. The meeting area will not changed in the future, but room will extended. The carpark location will smaller compare than present and even garden will big so, people will spend good time with flowers and plants. The reception and the toilet will remains on the south side of conference centre.
Overall, the upcoming formation of conference Centre will also big as well as many areas than present. There will also involve a lot of locations into the future layout of a conference centre.
