The bar chart compares the proportion of Australian males and females in six groups of age doing regular physical activity in the year 2010.
It is obviously seen that from the age of 25, the number of women joining in regular physical activity was higher than that of men, while much more man than woman who are above 15 years old and under the age of 24 did exercise.
About the age from 15 to 24, 52,8% of male spent their time on doing exercise, whereas women just accounted for 47,7%. However, when people reached the age of 25, we can see that the number of woman dedicating time doing phýical exercise saw an increase. Especially from 45 to 54, they came to the highest proportion with 53,3%, which was approximately 10% better than men.
But when they became older , from the age of 65, both males and females had the same amount of time for participating in regular physical activity because they no longer have to work and had much time to improve their heath.
