The pictures show the production process of chocolate from the pods to liquid chocolate. It is clear that the process has ten stages.
The cacao trees grow in America, Africa and Indonesia. Before harvesting, making sure that the pods are red which indicates that the pods are ripe on cacao trees. Then, the ripe red pods are broken to get white cocoa beans. The white beans are collected and fermented in the vessel before they are dried under the sunshine by spreading the beans in order that there is no pile among them. The next step is that the dried beans are packed in the sacks. Next, the sacks of the beans are ready to be delivered to the factory by using the train or lorry.
When the beans come to the factory, they are roasted in 350C. The next stage, the roasted beans are crushed so that the outer shell of the beans is separated to obtain the inner part of the beans. After gaining the inner part, the beans are in the last process in which they are pressed with special machine. The result of that process is liquid chocolate becoming the final product of production process of chocolate.
