The following bar charts depict the comparison between various age groups people's cause of study and attitude towards them by the employers in the industry.
From the first bar chart, it can be clearly observed that most of the young people study for the sake of their career, on the other hand majority of the elderly people study for their own interest. By looking at the second bar chart, it is conspicuously seen that employers mostly support younger employees and give some less support to the older employees compared to the younger one. Among all the age groups shown above, mid aged group get less support.
By analyzing the first bar graph, people employees under the age 40 mostly study for their career growth, specially the people under 26 years old. Among them, over 90% of the employees focused on their study only for career purpose. These illustration gradually changes with the aging and finally at the age between 40 and 49 this is balanced. By looking at the oldest people among all the age groups, the graph tells us that at that age most of the people, around three quarter study for their passion and interest.
The second bar plot gives us the information that most of the younger and older aged people get more support from the employers. On contrast, people aged between 30 to 39 get little support. From the younger people to middle age people, we have seen a considerably decrease in the graph and then the graph continues to increase to the higher age people.
