The years of 1900 can be witnessed with several constructions of underground railway systems as in Paris, Tokyo, and Kyoto, and Washington DC whilst the newest one would be the station built in Los Angeles in 2001.
Regarding the passengers, almost 2000 people in Japan, taking both Tokyo and Kyoto into consideration, use the underground subways which is the highest figure in all cities. It is followed by France people with 1191 in the account, which is larger than both LA and Washington DC combined. London station stands somewhere in the middle with its nearly 800 passengers using underground railways.
To sum up, people from Japan use the Underground railway stations to travel the most, compared to other countries and the least would be the Americans. London has the earliest historical record of the underground station and the US has got a newly built one.
