The diagram below indicates a university's sports centre design at the moment and its look after the renovation. From the general perspective, it is apparent that in the future, the centre is going to be widened and added various facilities.
Initially, the present layout contains three divided parts, including two outdoor courts and a small indoor apartment. Both of these two courts will be removed, the west one is going to be replaced by a leisure pool and the other one is about to be changed into the sports hall. However, there are still some facilities, such as the 25m pool, the gym, the changing room, seating area and the reception, will be remained.
Moreover, the gym will be expanded, next to two new dance studios. Opposite the studios are other changing rooms, which is one of two new changing rooms that will be added in the future, another one is next to the leisure pool. Besides, a sports shop and a cafe will be included on two sides of the door to meet the guests' demands.
