The graph illustrates comparison between three countries on basis of their techniques to deal with waste products.
Overall, it is evident that every nations major way of treating the waste is different, depending upon the technologies and convenience. In republic of Korea, 69% of the waste is recycled which indicates that Koreans prefer sustainable option which causes less damage to the environment. On the contrary, Sweden recycles only quarter of its waste while recycling is not even considered in United Kingdom.
Furthermore, burying the waste underground is the most preferred option in United Kingdom with 82% of the garbage being buried while, more than half of Sweden's waste is buried underground. In contrast, only 22% of Korea's waste is deposited underground. Although, 20% of Sweden's waste is incinerated, at the same time, only 9% of the waste is destroyed by fire in Korea and mere 2% is burnt in United kingdom.
To conclude, Each country has its own specific way of dealing with waste products but, Republic of Korea is the only country which emphasizes on sustainable practices rather than destroying products and environment.
