The bar chart below shows the number of students who chose certain university subjects in 2005. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart below illustrates the different college subjects selected by undergraduates to study in 2005.
As you can see from the chart, It’s obvious that social sciences and languages were the most popular subject among female students with more than 20000 and 15000 people registered students, respectively. By contrast, the numbers of male students choosing sciences and math to study were the highest, over 20 thousand and 17 thousand students. On the other hand, more female students choose humanities the same as male students. Besides, there is a contrast among their favorite subject. For example, foreign language is the subject that male students are least enrolled in. Whereas for women, math is the least. Furthermore, the number of male students who selected law to study was 10 thousand, double that of their female peers.
Overall, it is clear that with the number of students who chose certain university subjects, there is an inverse correlation between males and females.
