Dear ... ,
Dear Mrs. Lee,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the noise that always makes me feel annoyed every night from your house.
First of all, I would like to explain this problem in detail. Last week, when I was studying, I suddenly noticed that there was a noise nearby. I could not concentrate on studying owing almost completely to this annoying noise. I opened the door, and I saw in your house's window, there were lots of people singing together. I made a snap decision to come to your house and scold them for making so much noise. However, I soon kept my temper and forgave them this time. On the next days, not only did they carry on singing at night, but they also laughed loudly. Thus, I am forced to send you this letter.
Furthermore, I hope that this matter can be resolved by telling the people off and preventing them from entering your house. If this problem does not improve, I will contact the police to solve it as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Linh.
