The 3 given pie charts illustrate the percentages of nutrients being used in common servings including breakfast, dinner, lunch and snacks. It also needs to be pointed out that each chart is for an unhealthy substance as sodium, saturated fat and added sugar.
Overall, in all three charts dinner allocates an eye-catching share which in sodium and saturated fat it has the highest contributor percentage. However, breakfast in three charts is allocating somehow the same amount and they are relatively low.
To begin with, the contribution of dinner to sodium chart is 43% and in saturated fat it has a 6%. lower percentage as 37%. In addition, the lowest nutrient for dinner is added sugar standing at 23%. Whereas, the snacks category has lower percentage by 14% and 21% in sodium and saturated fat respectively, the added sugar surged drastically turning 42% that this percentage is even higher than other servings.
On the other hand, breakfasts saturated fat and its added sugar have equal share by 16% and by 2% decrease the contribution of sodium would get reached. It is worth considering that lunch sodium share is 29% and also a deterioration of 3% determine the saturated fat percentage of this meal. 19% is indeed the added sugar of mentioned serving.
